We have a traditional family-run cooperative cheese diary for the production of Reblochon and Abondance cheese. In Beaumont, at the foot of Mont Salève, maturing is carried out in a recently built facility, which complies with European standards.
We pride ourselves in being twice-winners of the 2010 Paris Agricultural Contest for Abondance Laitier and Abondance Fermier.

We export our cheese to foreign countries, export sales generate 30 per cent of our revenue abroad. We produce registered designations of origin traditional cheeses.
