Fromagerie Bouchet cheese making company is based in Terramont, at the heart of the alpine pastures of Green Valley area, in the department of Haute-Savoie.
We have a traditional family-run cooperative cheese diary for the production of Reblochon and Abondance cheese. In Beaumont, at the foot of Mont Salève, maturing is carried out in a recently built facility, which complies with European standards.
We pride ourselves in being twice-winners of the 2010 Paris Agricultural Contest for Abondance Laitier and Abondance Fermier.
Whether for retail or wholesale, we promise consumers high quality, solid value, ensuring our cheeses have a unique character and a wonderful flavour.
We export our cheese to foreign countries, export sales generate 30 per cent of our revenue abroad. We produce registered designations of origin traditional cheeses.
